‘Winters Edge 4 by Julie Vatcher’  – an abstract winter scene with misty silver clad mountains sitting on top of an icy lake, with hints of bright blue water mingled with powdery snow effects. Windswept trees stand bowed by the wind, creating a real winter feel. The negative space works both in the sky and base creating the illusion of a heavy snow fall. This is one of 4 other paintings in my new collection. This image is limited to a fine art print edition of 50, as a 31.2 x 48 cm print onto 305gsm Cotton Etching, (finished size with mount 44.5cm x 61.5cm). It is 100% acid free cotton paper with a white base. The surface has an etching texture and uses the latest coating technology to give pin sharp detail.
